These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of all services, websites, and apps provided by Pyllar Fintech Private Limited ("Pyllar", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms (and our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

All content, software, trademarks, and designs on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Pyllar. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. If you believe any content infringes your rights, you may notify us at contact@pyllar.in.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pyllar, its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of any applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pyllar (or its affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or services. Our total aggregate liability (if any) will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (with or without notice) in cases of violation of Terms, fraud, regulatory requirement, or for convenience. You may terminate your account via the Platform. Upon termination, we may retain data as required by law or regulation and facilitate redemptions or transfers. Some clauses (e.g., Indemnity, Liability, Governing Law) survive termination.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., power outages, communication failures, natural disasters, regulatory changes, hacking, etc.). Our obligations are suspended during such events.

12. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

If you have a grievance, you may write to our grievance officer at grievance@pyllar.in. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to arbitration (or mutual resolution) in Bengaluru, India, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The governing law is India.

13. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure or delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

14. Amendments

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

15. Notices

All notices shall be served via email to your registered email address or notifications on the Platform. Any notice required to Pyllar must be sent to contact@pyllar.in.
